I will drive all the way up to this store from Utah County. The customer service is outstanding. I always get greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. The person who always helps me every time I bring my vehicles in is Robbie Carter. He has years upon years of knowledge and experience. If you ever have any questions or concerns about your vehicle, he’s your guy! He always helps answer any questions I might have and keeps me updated through the process of my service. The battery in my delivery work vehicle stopped working spontaneously and needed to be replaced. I got a jump and drove to Big O Tire. When I arrived on a Monday morning I was nervous that they couldn't service my vehicle quickly. As there were many people in the waiting room. The attendant took my information and quickly drove the vehicle to a technician. They confirmed that the battery was dead and in just over an hour they replaced it and had me back on the road. 5-star customer service. The employees at the counter are very calm and courteous while working at a frantic pace. They are juggling lots of vehicles/customers with a variety of needs at the same time. The business is a well oiled machine. Highly recommend!

I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Robbie, the Store Manager. When a technician accidentally damaged my car's stability control bars, Robbie not only promptly addressed the issue but also fixed my car without any extra charges. His outstanding customer service surpasses any I've encountered in the auto industry. Kudos to Robbie for exemplary service!

Got a new truck to reward myself for being such an awesome mom and wife. Yet the stock looking wheels just weren’t cutting it. Took it into the guys at Big O Tires and they hooked me up with some sweet new kicks! (I think that’s what the cool kids say nowadays) Robbie Carter was amazing to work with, always willing to answer all my questions, he just treated me like family! What a kind soul!

Chris was absolutely fantastic with getting everything done! He was able to work quickly with my companies lease contractors. This process can be very lengthy sometimes for getting approval but he was able to speed that process up. Even got the tires and everything done. All same day completed, very impressive!
